These are the questions that come up most often between looking at the product and actually ordering it.
- What it is. A cosmetic Ayurvedic hair oil for external use, massaged into the scalp and washed off later. It is not a medicine.

- When it arrives. Dispatch in 1-2 working days. Metro cities 3-5 working days, tier 2 and 3 cities 5-7, remote areas 7-10. Couriers make up to three delivery attempts.
- If it does not suit you. There is a 14-day return window from delivery. The bottle has to come back — part-used is fine — and Rs. 150 return shipping is deducted from the refund. One claim per customer.
- If something arrives damaged. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video. Without the video the claim cannot be approved, so it is worth recording the parcel opening.

Use fingertips for about 5 minutes. On the scalp, not along the hair length.

How do I get a refund?
Write to us within 14 days of delivery and send the bottle back. Rs. 150 return shipping is deducted. Refunds go to the original payment method, and reach your account in 7 to 10 days after the returned bottle is received and checked.
What are the payment options?
Whatever is offered at checkout on the day you order. Please check the payment step before placing the order rather than assuming.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Only before the parcel is dispatched, so write to us quickly. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled. The exact window is in the shipping and cancellation policy.
Is it safe for me?
It is a cosmetic oil for external use. Do a patch test first. Irritation or an allergic reaction is not treated as a manufacturing defect, so if your skin reacts to botanicals, read the label carefully before ordering.
How long does one bottle last?
At 5-6 drops twice a week, a 100 ml bottle lasts a while — but that depends on hair length and how much you use.
